[ShopeeFood Merchant] How to manage the received orders?

Received Orders We truly understand how excited you are to manage your food order on our ShopeeFood Partner App for the first time. Fret not, kindly refer to the flow of receiving orders below on the App:


1. You will receive a notification when a buyer places an order in your shop / restaurant / outlet.

2. Click "Confirm" before the time limit (within 2 minutes) to accept the order and start the food preparation immediately.

3. You can click "Decline" to reject the order and the order will be rejected.

4. You will need to click on “Mark as Ready” once the food is prepared. While the Delivery Partner is on his way to pick up the order at your restaurant, this notification will also be notified to them.


5. If you encounter the following issues when you are preparing your order:

  1. Outlet ran out of stock
  2. Store was busy
  3. Delivery Partner is uncontactable
